Its a safe, secured, quite, and lovely environment at Unit 6 which is a decent residential area of Mahikeng. The place located in a close proximity to the Mmbatho Palms and Crossing Mall (1-2 Kms) in the area of Unit 6 (close to Sol Plaatje Primary and secondary school and Nova's Ark Independent Primary School). The flat is available for immediate occupation or from 1 June 2023. The monthly rent R 3600.00, Electricity and Water included in the rental value but will be monitored regularly. The toilet, bathtub and shower are linked to the room. Kitchen with microwave will be shared. Laundry room with washing machine available. The bed and table will be provided (if you need it).
