The complex is Villa Lucca Complex. Close to Gautrain and walking distance to Centurion Mall. A neat individual who respects the environment they stay in and knows how to be in a sharing space. The house is always quiet. My child plays the whole day and I am always in my room minding my business and I am not someone who talks a lot. I study part time and also work fulltime. My child also goes to school. We are neat, introverts,respect people and we are not loud to disturb other people’s peace. Rent is R3300pm Deposit R1500 Electricity R400pm
