Single persons only!
Spacious bedroom with a private bathroom to rent in a neat commune house. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower only—use of the bath is not permitted. The room offers comfort ideally suited to a single tenant.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed. The six other residents of the commune share access to two bathrooms, as well as a tidy kitchen with all necessary facilities where they prepare their own meals. Please note that no washing machine is available, so laundry must be done at dry cleaners.
Electricity is prepaid and a monthly electricity contribution of R400, payable in addition to the rent.
A swimming pool is also available for residents’ enjoyment.
