Ideal home for a single person or couple looking for a temporary home for a flexible period. You will have your own private home and private outdoor areas on a property that is shared with a few other working adults (each in their own unit, with own private outdoor areas) in a safe and quiet family oriented suburb close to the Stellenbosch university. Only one car will be allowed. Only employed adults to apply (this is not a student house). Two months rental will be required as a deposit for longer stays only, as well as application, credit check and contract fees (total about R2 000). Extras to pay for is your municipal services and wifi (shared with other tenants long stays only, included in short stay rentals of R1 500 per night).
