There are three entrances to the unit, which has an open-plan bedroom, lounge and kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub, handbasin and toilet. Note that there is no kitchen, but there is a sink in an area that could be used for a small kitchen.
The monthly rental is R3 700, including water. Electricity is prepaid. Note that there is no geyser.
