This bedsitter would be ideal for someone looking for a sleepover. The bedsitter is situated within a secure complex in York Road, so very close to the Gillitts Shopping Centre and Hillcrest freeway intersection.
The bedsitter has its own entrance either through the main gate or a side gate into the complex. One room with interleading shower and basin and interleading toilet and basin. One can ideally insert a small bar fridge and a coffee bar and perhaps an airfryer for convenience purposes. Laundry would have to be done at a laundromat. Water included, electricity pre paid.
