Thereafter electricity usage will be charged to the Tenant. Ballid armed response is also included in the rental. The cottage has a burglar alarm of unknown condition but this could be connected to Ballid, at the Tenants cost, should this be required. Grass cutting by staff member of landlord and limited garden services are included. 2 x half days - gardener a month will be available to help maintain the garden. It is the tenant’s responsibility to maintain the balance of the garden and cottage yard in a good condition. A water tank is provided (which will be kept supplied with water) for watering the garden. Parking : Tenant has the use of a single shade cloth carport in the main house garden, with access to the cottage down a garden path. There is no parking directly at the cottage. There is good MTN signal. Websmart have a connection for wireless broadband at the cottage. Account for the tenants cost to set up and connect. The Cottage and Main house are fully fenced, with razor wire on the Polo field shared fences and walls. Ballid security is contracted for armed response and monitoring. A Panic button will be supplied to the cottage in the event of an emergency to summon Ballid response(part of monthly rental fee). FICA DOCS AND PREQUALIFICATION CHECKS ARE REQUIRED BEFORE VIEWINGS.
