Spend the Cape summer in Hout Bay in this spacious, fully furnished family home on Perrault Road, available for the festive and summer season from 16 December for up to three months.
The house offers five bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 10, with space for extra beds for children. All bedrooms in the main house are air-conditioned, and the main bedroom is en suite. A separate studio flatlet with its own kitchenette and en-suite bathroom is ideal for grandparents, older teens, a nanny or guests who want their own space.
Living is easy and relaxed: a welcoming entrance hall leads to a lounge with fireplace, a dining room and a dedicated cinema room, perfect for movie nights with the family. The kitchen comes with a scullery and laundry. Doors open onto the patio, deck and balcony, overlooking the garden and pool, with a jacuzzi and built-in braai for long summer evenings.
Practical extras make for a worry-free stay: fibre internet for working remotely, an inverter/backup battery, a water tank, an alarm and intercom. Pets are welcome by arrangement.
You’re minutes from Hout Bay beach, the harbour and its restaurants and markets, Chapman’s Peak Drive and the mountain trails, with Camps Bay and the City a short drive away.
