The warehouse is situated at the rear of the 5 STARJUNCTION, just off Beyers Naude Drive, about 10 mis from the Western Bypass which allows access to the whole of the Rand. The building encompasses quasi retail shops facing Beyers Naude with slightly more industrialized warehousing at the rear of the building.
The unit has a small amount of offices on a mezzanine level at the rear of the warehouse. The balance of the unit is devoted to warehousing with an eave height of around 5m allowing for stacking to about 4m.
The unit has one "on grade" 4m high roller door and is supplied with three phase 60 amps of electrical power.
