The Studio is designed in an open layout with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower. The studio is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with a simplistic and comfortable design - it's all you need. A work space has been provided, just ideal for that month to month stay. Monthly module rate is R9 980.00 (R333.00) for one person and R12 980.00* (R216.00 per person) for a couple including our personal laundry service complimentary when securing a 3 month reservation with us! Let us tailor make a rental rate for what you need, if you are here on holiday or business contract, we are flexible on our terms. Short term stays requiring laundry is an additional R200.00 per person, per week which is inclusive of washing and ironing. The rooms are turned between Monday to Friday with a laundry service arranged on a specific day.
