Before making an offer on an insolvent estate please ensure you have a 10% deposit available and will be able to obtain a bond/ guarantee for the balance of the purchase price 30 days after acceptance. 10 % will be refundable if offer is not accepted. 2. The Seller nominates the transferring attorney but the Purchaser utilise own bond attorney. 6. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the facilitating agent a facilitation fee on offer acceptance. This fee will be discussed by your facilitator and is NON-REFUNDABLE . This amount is NOT included in the advertising amount. A guarantee from a lawyer must be provided with the signed facilitation fee agreement that the funds is paid into their trust account and will be paid on the date that the signed offer is send to the buyer.
