I am so excited to share this wonderful double storey home with you. With sweeping views of the coastline and the ocean, it has real character and great potential. It needs some work, which makes it the perfect chance for a new owner to add their own personal touch and make it truly theirs.
Upstairs is where the entertaining happens. You will find generous open plan living areas, a built-in bar and a well-appointed kitchen, with large windows that keep the sea views with you all day. The enclosed sunroom is a lovely spot for your morning coffee, and the spacious deck is made for sundowners with the ocean in front of you. Tiled floors and a warm, African inspired feel give the home its charm.
Downstairs, the private bedroom wing opens onto a generous patio. With five bedrooms, three of them en suite, and four bathrooms in all, with a very spacious flatlet with en suite bathroom, there is room for everyone, from growing families to visiting grandparents and weekend guests. The multiple lounges give everyone space to spread out, and a double garage with direct access into the home, plus extra parking, keeps daily life easy. The home is pet friendly too.
Outside gives you a generous garden for the children, the dogs and weekend braais. A separate cottage and staff quarters add real flexibility, whether you need space for extended family and guests or would like to earn some rental income.
The location is wonderful. The New Salt Rock Shopping Centre in New Salt Rock City and Tiffany's Centre are close by for your everyday shopping, and Ballito Junction Regional Mall is a short drive away. Curro Salt Rock is close by for the children, with Reddam House Ballito and Crawford International North Coast in the greater Ballito area. You have Salt Rock Beach with its tidal pool, lifeguards and shark nets, and the well known Salt Rock Hotel, and LINC Church and Wave Church are within easy reach. The N2 and King Shaka International Airport are easily accessible too.
If you have been looking for space, character and sea views, this is the one. Call me and let me show you around.
