Our Admission Process
Select an independent living unit in Ihlati or Rotary on a Life Right basis.
Meet with Management to discuss your needs and receive a quotation.
Complete the application, including a medical assessment and income declaration.
Attend a screening interview.
Finalise the legal documentation and Life Right agreement.
Additional Benefits
Secure retirement community.
Optional services including meals, laundry, transport and hairdressing.
Temporary Care Centre admission for up to three days per financial year at no additional cost, with extended stays available at a daily rate.
Opportunity to transfer to a smaller unit should your needs change (subject to availability).
If you decide to give up your Life Right, GAFA will market the unit, and once it is resold, you will receive 80% of the original purchase price.
