Possible situations for a purchaser:

1. Normal Sale via Conveyancer
   If the bank accepts your offer, the property will transfer in the normal way through attorneys. Sale proceeds will be used to settle the bank loan.
2. Bank Approves Sale, Auction is Cancelled
   If a suitable offer is received and accepted by the bank before the auction date, the auction will be cancelled and the property will be sold to you.
3. Bank Rejects Offer / No Sale Before Auction Date
   If the sale is not finalised before the auction date, the property may proceed to auction. Any offer submitted will then have to compete with bids at auction.
4. Owner Redeems / Settles with Bank
   The owner may settle their account with the bank before transfer. In such an event the sale will fall away.
5. Third Party Purchases at Auction
   If the property proceeds to auction, it will be open to all buyers including yourself. The bank is not obligated to accept a pre-hammer offer if a higher bid is received at auction.

Important: All offers are subject to the bank’s written approval and are time-sensitive due to the pending auction date.
