The property comprises a fully developed and operational broiler chicken farm with 10 strategically positioned poultry houses, offering easy access from the N3 highway that connects Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal. The sellers are willing, after the sale of the property, to supply feed mixtures to the new owner at market-related costs; however, the buyer may use any other supplier as well.
The poultry houses can alternatively be converted for use as layer houses.
