WHAT
Lets take a walk while you follow the photo sequence. Enter from the patio into the back door. Start with the kitchen on the right. It is modern with adequate storage and granite tops. Cook on a gas hob with electric under counter oven. Space is provided for a double door fridge / freezer and an under counter aperture for a dishwasher. (The washing machine goes in the laundry). Did I mention that the drawers are soft-close?
Look across the open plan dining area and lounge. Spacious rooms and convenient storage in the dining area. Multiple windows allow light. Parquet floors in the lounge and a wood burning stove to keep you cozy in winter.
Go the other way. Through the security gate separating the bedrooms and down the passage. More parquet flooring. Ahead a bathroom servicing the two bedroms either side of it. This bathroom has bath, basin and of course a toilet. A sharp left into the main bedroom. Here you are spoilt for space and storage with BIC's lining a whole wall. En-suite we find shower, basin and of course another toilet and even more storage.
WHAT ELSE
Driving in through the remote controlled gate we find 2 double carports, one to the right and the other ahead. A gate to the right takes to the back garden and on the left a pool which is usually covered and is shown with and without cover. Views from the pool show the house and the entertainment room with a convenient bathroom (toilet, basin & shower) and a built in braai. This room has many uses and I ask you to apply your imagination when you come to view it. Another view from the pool shows the flatlet, laundry and outside bathroom (toilet, basin, shower).
With an entrance separate from the main house the flatlet residents are afforded a level of privacy and have the use of a large lounge, dining area with island, kirchen with gas/electric stove and a single large bedroom which easily takes a queen size bed. To finish it off, a bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.
BUT WAIT, THERES MORE
Electricity is pre-paid.
Fibre is wired into the house.
The geysers in the house and flatlet are solar powered coupled with electric heating using geyserwise.
A storage tank collects backwash water from the pool where the dirt settles so the water can be recycled and wastage reduced. It also collects rain water from above the laundry to feed the pool.
Another tank next to the flat collects rain water and feeds the pool
2 extra large tanks in the front garden are in place to provide a backup for municipal water.
A wooden shed provides storage for garden tools.
Some secutity cameras are in place, but not connected.
The boundary is walled and electric fenced and entry is through a remote controled gate
