An additional outside building next to the main house called the studio can be divided into two separate apartments. Renowned architect Gilbert Colyn put his heart and soul into transforming this farm into three luxurious four-star self-catering Cape Dutch-style cottages. All these cottages can accommodate 4-6 people, 4-5 people, and 2-4 people, respectively.
The gardens are well-maintained and have several huge trees that contribute to the setting's uniqueness. A swimming pool is located within the citrus orchard. There is lodging available for two families with staff.
The Jan Dissels River provides the farm with 40 000 m³ of registered water usage rights, which are used to feed water through furrows to the nearby fields. There is a single large pump on the farm for the orchards and a smaller pump for the houses. For both sizes of pumps, there are additional two backup pumps. The quality of the water is excellent.
The farm spans 3.856 Ha and comprises of ±2.6 Ha of citrus crops, these crops include Valencia’s, Navels, Pecan Nuts, Pears, Mangoes, Olives, Papayas, Apples and Avo’s.
