Management Conditions: The units are managed by Aha Hotels in a rental pool system. The owner and family have 120 days of usage per calendar year. The conference rental pool covers all security, maintenance, room service, furniture replacement, and redecorating. Depending on the usage, the unit also pays out a surplus from the rental pool. Owners have special arrangements which allow the use of the unit while remaining in the rental pool. The Rental pool is an agreement between owners and the Operating Co.
