Only the shareholders have occupational rights of the chalets and visiting rights to the reserve.

Your investment secures you 5 weeks per year on a rotational basis according to a fixed roster. In other words, you get one week every 10 weeks on an ongoing basis every year and over a period of time your weeks will fall in school holidays and over Christmas, Easter, etc.
Every unit/chalet elects a Trustee as it’s representative on the Body Corporate who manages the development. The day-to-day management of the development is performed by a dedicated team who either live on the property or in the immediate vicinity.
