How to Participate:
- Offers Prior to Auction: The Seller invites all offers—cash or bond-subject—prior to the auction date. If an offer is accepted, the property may be secured via private treaty, and the auction will be cancelled.
- Auction Registration: To bid on the day, please click the "Enquiry" button or contact the agent to receive your Bidder Registration Pack, which includes the Rules of Auction and the Mandatory Disclosure Form.
- The Event: This is a non-distressed luxury auction conducted via Zoom. Registered bidders will receive their unique access link and credentials in the week leading up to the event.
Auction Terms:
- No Buyer’s Commission: 0% commission is payable by the purchaser on the auction day.
- Opening Bid: R2,500,000
- Reserve Price: The sale is subject to a non-disclosed reserve price. The Auctioneer and Seller reserve the right to bid up to the reserve price (CPA Section 45).
- Compliance: The highest bid is subject to a 3-business-day confirmation period by the Seller.
- Reports: All property reports and disclosures are available upon request prior to the event.
Mandatory Statutory Disclosures:
- Registered with the PPRA.
- Harcourts Stilbaai holds a Business Fidelity Fund Certificate.
- Stephanus Vivier holds an Individual Fidelity Fund Certificate.
