The cottage has a peaceful open plan & sun-filled living/lounge area with dining room. The kitchen is spacious & fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, appliances and washing machine.
The Master bedroom opens onto the front sunny courtyard and looks onto Table Mountain - the room is furnished with a queen size bed & 2 side tables. The room has oak wood flooring and lots of light to make this space feel bright and warm.
The second bedroom opens onto the back decked courtyard and is fitted with a double size bed.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There is one bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.
The front and back patios are perfect for enjoying breakfast or wine in the evenings, gazing upon Table Mountain and Devil's Peak. The front has a quaint table with 2 chairs. The back features a corner bench with cushions on top & a coffee table.
Electric fencing and security alarm.
Aircon cooling/heating located in the open plan dining-lounge area (to be used mindfully as electricity is capped above reasonable usage).
Heated wall panel in the 2nd bedroom.
Plenty safe on-street parking available right outside of the house in a patrolled area.
