With a total Area of 423.3192 hectares of bush and productive farmland fully fenced.
Current farming: The farmer currently maintains around 300 Merino sheep ewes and a few cattle.
Current Use of land: 160 hectares is used to plant feed for the livestock, planting 80 hectares every 2nd year giving the other 80 hectares of land time to rejuvenate. The farmer has also planted Rooibos tea, barley, and lupins.
Water Resources:
Six boreholes are located across the farm, three have power points, one with solar, and two don’t have power points at this stage. One has a power point and a windmill pump that is in working condition with another connected to an electrical pump that can pump 10 000 liters per hour. The farmer currently uses one of the boreholes with solar that feeds the house and all the watering holes on the farm. The farm comes with a 100 000-liter concrete dam and 2 x 5 000-liter roto-molded tanks at the house.
Water points for the livestock: 3 well-established watering points all fitted with their own 5000-liter tanks.
Housing:
The modern double-story residence offers five bedrooms.
As you approach the house you are greeted by a well-sized stoep that runs the full size of the front section of the house. You enter through the front door into an entrance hall that leads off left into the living area and leads off right to the bottom bedrooms and the three upstairs bedrooms.

Implements excluded:
The farmer had a rolmoer made for the farm, he uses this piece of equipment to control the growth of the bush by rolling through the bush with a tractor towing the rolmoer which in turn thins out the bushes and shrubs.
