As you enter through the front door you walk into a spacious braai room with 2 exits. One door leads to the garage and two bedrooms, both with outside doors, as well as a bathroom. Plenty of built in cupboards.
The second door from the braai room leads to the kitchen and living area. The living area opens to the North facing undercover stoep with braai where you can enjoy sea views over the green belt.
Down the hall way is the main bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs is a loft area with a balcony that also enjoys a sea view.
