Die plaas is ten volle omhein, maar geen binneheinings. Die sandpaaie word in puik toestand gehou. Daar is 6 damme op die plaas en Boorgatwater is baie skoon.
Vaalwater het 'n diverse kosmopolitaanse gemeenskap met verskeie Internationale Natuur Origanisasies wat verseker dat die omgewing bewaar word vir die nageslag.
