Water infrastructure includes 24 equipped boreholes fitted with windmills and solar pumps, all in excellent working condition. Water is stored in neat, brick-built dams and reticulated to drinking troughs across the farm.
Fencing is in very good condition, with perimeter fencing and approximately 90% of internal fencing being jackal-proof. A 6 km section along the northern boundary is electrified. Each camp system is equipped with sheep handling facilities. The average annual rainfall is approximately 250 mm.
