- No Buyer’s Commission: 0% commission is payable by the purchaser on the auction day.
- Opening Bid: R155,000,000 (One Hundred and Fifty Five Million Rand)
- Reserve Price: The sale is subject to a non-disclosed reserve price. The Auctioneer and Seller reserve the right to bid up to the reserve price (CPA Section 45).
- Compliance: The highest bid is subject to a 3-business-day confirmation period by the Seller.
