The total property is designed as a heavy-duty manufacturing plant, fully paved and neat, with ample separate storage areas for completed stock/products and the production lines. The dry cast factory has 2 x 500 liter concrete/pan mixers, 5 x silos for raw products with a 20 ton gantry crane and a crusher. Innovative dual cost saving measures are incorporated in the production process in that all concrete and stone residue from the production lines are ground and reused as base product for further production. This ensures that there is no waste or costly removal and dumping costs. There is a laboratory on site for testing the strength of the concrete to ensure that the quality of the products remain constant. Multiple workshops provide for all aspects of the production, mould making and repair processes.
